Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuiltKeeper Studio (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and QuiltKeeper Studio. We may update them from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login details with others.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use QuiltKeeper Studio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@quiltkeeperstudio.com.

Acceptable Use

QuiltKeeper Studio is designed for personal, non-commercial use to organize your quilting projects, fabric, and patterns. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service
• Share or resell access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you add to QuiltKeeper Studio — your projects, fabric entries, pattern records, notes, and photos. By uploading content to the Service, you grant QuiltKeeper Studio a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

You are responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you add to the Service.

You can export your full library at any time. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Billing

QuiltKeeper Studio offers a free trial period for new accounts. After the trial ends, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. You will always have the option to cancel before new pricing takes effect.

If your payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method before access is restricted.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep QuiltKeeper Studio available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally make the Service temporarily unavailable.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

Intellectual Property

The QuiltKeeper Studio name, logo, design, software, and all associated materials are the property of QuiltKeeper Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

QuiltKeeper Studio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuiltKeeper Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
