QuiltKeeperStudio

Our story

Built by a quilter,
for quilters.

QuiltKeeper Studio started as a personal project — a better way to keep track of works-in-progress, fabric, and the patterns scattered across binders and Pinterest boards. It turned out other quilters needed the same thing.

Made by quilters

I built the tool I needed and couldn’t find.

I’ve been quilting for years. And for most of that time, my system was a mix of notebooks, camera roll photos, and a spreadsheet I kept meaning to update.

I knew exactly what I wanted: something calm, something that understood fabric and blocks and WIPs — not tasks and projects in the corporate sense. Something that felt like the craft itself.

QuiltKeeper Studio is that. I hope it feels, when you open it, like everything is already in its place.

What we believe

A few things that guide how we build.

Made for the way quilters actually work

Most organization apps are built for offices and to-do lists. QuiltKeeper Studio is built around blocks, WIPs, fabric stash, and the particular way a creative project lives in your head for months before it becomes something you can hold.

Calm by design

Quilting is supposed to feel good. QuiltKeeper Studio is built to be quiet, uncluttered, and easy to pick up — even after you've been away for a while. No notifications, no badges, no pressure. Just your work, ready when you are.

Your data is yours

Your projects, your fabric, your patterns. QuiltKeeper Studio will never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models. Export everything at any time. There are no tricks here.
